Every match needs a winner
A bracket match cannot end level, so set ties to a sudden-death playoff, or to most holes in one and then a playoff. Tied players play extra holes until one takes fewer strokes than the other on a hole, and the playoff strokes decide the match without changing either total.
One set of course rules
Holes, par, the stroke limit and how a capped hole is written are set once for the event. Paste the course's par row so every match shows the right par on every hole.
Starting holes
Name your starting holes as the event's courts, such as Hole 1 and Hole 10, and matches go to whichever is free, with a push notification telling both players where to start.
Singles or teams
Matches are two players head to head, or two teams of two playing best ball, both balls counted, or one ball per team. Bigger groups each playing for themselves are scored as ordinary rounds, not bracket matches.
