Scoreboard or TV not updating
Open the match link fresh. TV codes work while the match is waiting to start, live or saved for later. In OBS, make sure the browser source is not set to shut down when not visible.
A wrong point was scored
Tap Undo in the console; it restores the serve exactly. For anything bigger use Fix and set the score, games, serve or clock directly.
No confirmation email
Check spam for a message from score-all.com. Still nothing? Log in and tap "Send me a new link". To use a different email address, create a new account with it.
Locked out
After several wrong passwords the account locks for 15 minutes. Wait, or use Forgot password.
