Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this covers

Score All (score-all.com, "Score All", "we") is a live scoring app for sports and card games: a scoring console, public scoreboards, TV and broadcast overlays, tournaments, stats, and related emails and notifications (the "Service"). These terms are an agreement between you and Score All. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Score All for a club, league or business, you agree for that organization too.

2. Your account

• Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• Tell us at support@score-all.com if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Free and paid plans

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Pro and Premium are paid subscriptions that unlock the features listed on the pricing page. Prices are shown in US dollars before any tax that applies where you live.

• Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. When you subscribe you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price. If we change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
• Launch offer. If you subscribe to Pro on the yearly plan for the first time by December 31, 2026, your first year is half price. It renews at the regular yearly price after that. Monthly Pro is not discounted.
• Switching plans. Upgrades and downgrades take effect straight away; Stripe credits or charges the difference for the rest of the period (proration).
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and you keep your plan meanwhile. If it still cannot be collected, your account moves to Free. Nothing you created is deleted.

4. Canceling and refunds

• You can cancel any time from Settings, Plan and billing, Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your matches, stats, tournaments and overlays stay.
• We do not give refunds for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires it.
• If you were charged by mistake, for example an accidental purchase or a renewal you meant to cancel, email support@score-all.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it (or within any longer period the law where you live requires).

5. Your content

Matches, rosters, scores, player names, tournaments, overlays, logos and anything else you put into Score All stay yours. You give us permission to store, display and process that content only to run the Service: for example to show a scoreboard to people you share it with, list a tournament you made public, or send match emails to the players you added.

• Public by link. Scoreboards, overlays and TV screens can be opened by anyone who has the link or code. Public tournaments are listed in the tournament directory and can appear in search engines. Private and unlisted tournaments are not listed.
• Other people's details. Only add other people's names and email addresses when you have a reason to, such as inviting them to a match or tournament.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload logos and images.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Score All to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, upload anything harmful or infringing, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, overload or scrape the Service, or resell it without our written permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Score All running, including offline scoring that syncs when the signal returns, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or lose data. Keep your own record of anything critical, such as official league results. We may add, change or retire features. If we remove something central to a paid plan, we will tell you and you can cancel.

8. Third-party services

Score All relies on other companies, including Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, and your browser's push-notification service. Their own terms apply to how they handle your information. See the Privacy Policy for the list.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Score All is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid us. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Score All at any time. To delete your account and its data, email support@score-all.com from the address on the account; cancel any subscription first. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account holders or show a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Score All after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
