How korfball scoring works
Korfball scoring is simple, one point a goal, and its clocks are what the scorer has to watch.
Two halves
Senior games are two halves of 25 minutes, 30 in some top leagues. The clock stops for timeouts and stoppages called by the referee.
Goals
Every goal through the korf is one point, whether from open play, a free pass or a penalty. Teams switch zones after every two goals scored in the match.
The shot clock
Attacks are limited to 25 seconds, reset when a goal is scored or the ball touches the post.
Golden goal
A tied knockout game goes to overtime where the first goal wins. Some cups follow it with a penalty shootout.
What Score All does with these rules
Two halves
Senior games are two 25-minute halves, 30 in some top leagues, shorter for youth and school games. Start and pause from the phone; the clock lives on the server.
Goals and the shot clock
Every goal is one point, including a penalty. A goal resets the 25-second shot clock by itself; tap Reset shot when the ball hits the post or the attack restarts.
Timeouts
Tap Timeout for the team that calls one and the count shows under the score, with a marker when a team has none left.
Ties
League games can end level. Knockouts go to golden goal overtime (the first goal wins), and a cup can follow that with a penalty shootout.
